So I got in the car and drove to Montreal last weekend to skate at Orkus (which is one of the two indoor parks in MTL). My mission was to befriend the vert ramp and make it my new bff. Orkus is sick to begin with and they're adding a crazy new bowl section wich will put the park into the ranks of Rye Airfield. The mini ramp complex is awesome, the street park has everything you can imagine times two and the building itself is off the friggin rails. It'S a giant warehouse that's 3 stories high but the top story and a half is all glass so it's got tons of natural light. It's dusty as fuck like all skateparks and the place hasn't seen a shopvac, ever.

Thye drive to MTL is entertaining as always and you can tell that you hit Quebec by the tightness of the girls pants and the height of their bangs at the gas stations.

Next time you are in MTL make sure you stop at the 7-11 type stor called Couche-Tard (fondly referred to as couch tard) and buy a the gigantor slurpee. You can listen to the tribute couch-tard song on my profile.

Yeah yesterday was the last day, the vert ramp is in peices. I was going to go tomorrow but now it looks like it'll be the Anna Nicole commemorative ramp instead. I'll try and shoot some pics - It kinda looks like that crazy volcom miniramp contest set up that you saw a little while back but with one end bowled.
